We want you to love your Rebirth piece. If something is not right, contact us and we will help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Custom, engraved, resized, made-to-order, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Ring Resizing
Eligible non-engraved rings may qualify for one free resize within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number and sizing details before sending anything back.
Starting A Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@rebirth.world with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@rebirth.world within 7 days of delivery with your order number, details about the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or return shipping at no additional cost to you.
