Products And Orders

Rebirth World sells handcrafted recycled jewelry, wedding bands, apparel, accessories, and related goods. Many items are handmade, small-batch, or made to order. Natural variation in wood, recycled skateboard material, color layering, grain, texture, and finish is expected and is part of the character of each piece.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and images may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service when necessary.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify and its supported payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize the total charge shown at checkout, including product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.

Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates. Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier, subject to applicable law.

Returns And Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Custom And Engraved Items

Custom, engraved, resized, made-to-order, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, sizing, engraving text, and order details before purchase.

Intellectual Property

All Rebirth World designs, product photography, copy, logos, graphics, website content, and brand materials are owned by Rebirth Rings LLC or its licensors. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item, not rights to reproduce our designs or content.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebirth World is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order or use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
